JET 101350 L-90-5T-20, 5-Ton Capacity 20′ L-90 Series Hand Chain Hoist. Compact and portable for ease of positioning material. Engineered for commercial and industrial lifting applications. All steel construction with a durable powder coat finish. Lightweight, compact design for low headroom applications. Completely enclosed Weston type automatic brake system for positive load spotting. Triple-spur gears provide high efficiency with minimum effort. Heat treated and hardened grade 80 load chain. Smooth rolled edge on hand chain cover prevents side pull jamming. Wide throat drop forged safety hooks for easier rigging. Standard hand chain drop equals life length. Proof tested with test certificate. Complies with OSHA, ANSI/ASME B30.16 and HST-2 standards. CAUTION: Be sure that the support structures and load-attaching devices used in conjunction with this hoist provide an adequate safety factor to handle the rated load plus the weight of the equipment. If in doubt, consult a qualified structural engineer. This equipment is not to be used for lifting, supporting or transporting people, or lifting or supporting loads over people. IMPORTANT: Before installation, read owner’s manual for additional warnings and precautions. Not for use in an explosive environment.

Heavily-reinforced door opens to a full 90?? for easier access and resist bending from attempted break-ins. Grip-Rite™ lifting channel provides a full-length gripping surface to open the lid. Fully welded and staked high-strength hinge has 1/4″ diameter pin and 1″ knuckles; horseshoe welds prevent the pin from being driven out of the hinge. Reinforced side walls have twice the strength as competitive models to resist attempted break-ins with pry bars. Recessed lifting handles are located in deep, tall recesses to prevent pinched fingers and prevent damage to the handle

Smooth rolled edge on hand chain cover prevents side pull jamming. Standard hand chain drop equals lift length. Proof testing with test certificate. Complies with OSHA, ANSI/ASME B30.16 and HST-2 standards.
