Delta 31-260X X5 18″ x 36″ Drum Sander. Powerful 1-1/2 HP Induction Motor with a 6 groove belt for maximum power transfer and an 18″ drum for superior material removal. Single-piece, cast-iron table construction is supported on each corner by precision-machined screws for accuracy, stability and easy adjustments. Large sturdy steel cabinet style base dampens vibration for super smooth finish sanding. The cabinet style base easily converts to a user installed “Woodworker’s Pantry” for sandpaper roll storage. Up-front, easy-to-read motor controls and thickness gauge. Paddle type on/off switch for operator convenience and sadety. The 31-260X has a rigid, welded C-frame head assembly that eliminates loose movement in the sanding drum resulting in superior parallelism of the work piece – Eliminates loose movement in head assembly resulting in even sanding across the entire workpiece. Blow-molded integral dust hood with a positive lock secure seal is designed to extra dust to one side, keeping outfeed area clear of obstructions

Delta 22-790X X5 15″ Planer w/ Deluxe Stand. The DELTA 3 HP, 15″ Planer is rough lumber’s worst nightmare. It’s “motor-on-top” design saves you time by eliminating the need t omove infeed and outfeed rollers every time you make a cut. In addition, DELTA’s serrated infeed roller, 3-knife cutterhead, dual feed rates and deluxe roller stand make light work of even the biggest jobs. Oil-bath gear box takes power for the feed rollers directly from the cutterhead. Rugged chain and sprocket drive provides positive feeding and long running life. Spiral serrated steel infeed roller and polyurethane outfeed roller keep stock moving smoothly and efficiently. Cutterhead assembly features a patented adjustment system that accurately raises and lowers cutterhead on four precision-ground columns. Gear lever switches easily for adjusting feed rate from 16 feet per minute to 30 feet per minute. Offers the largest infeed/outfeed table system in its class to minimize snipe. The 22-790X has the best in class highest speed rate for fast dimensioning at 30 FPM and a super smooth 3 knife cutterhead finish at 16 FPM for that final pass. Fold down tables for a compact footprint to move the planer out of the way when not in use. Includes both 4″ and 5″ dust ports to connect to either a 4″ or a 5″ dust collection hose

This uniform, close clearance to the cutting blade acts as a more efficient chip breaker. Cast-iron assures less vibration; cabinet stand completely encases motor and pulleys to protect from dust and shavings. Specially-designed cast-iron fence is extra long for continued support throughout the cut. Fence is center-mounted and functions as a rear guard on narrow cuts. Modular cutterhead provides a consistently clean cut. Jack-screw arrangement allows easy replacement and adjustment of individual knives. In the event the entire cutterhead has been removed, a new module can be fitted in place without production down-time. Extra-long infeed table provides a full 76-1/2″ of work support
