Delta 32-325 Line Boring Machine. Large, 16″ x 19-3/4″ table provides a full 12″ of work space in front of the boring head for boring extra-large boards. Fully adjustable table and fence assembly features easy-to-read English and metric scales for quick set-up and accurate boring. Indexing pins help operator to maintain correct spindle alignment for resuming line boring operations in work pieces. Work stops on either end of the fence allow operator to line up work from the left or right for performing parallel boring patterns. Adjustable depth stop controls the downward travel of boring head. Heavy-gauge, sheet steel support structure has a sturdy steel base with holes for bench or stand mounting. Powerful 3/4 HP motor delivers plenty of power and speed for multiple hole boring even in the toughest laminates. Large-capacity, 13-spindle boring head comes with a see-through spindle guard for sadety. Telescoping handle, featured on No. 32-325, extends from 16″ to 23″ for increased leverage when needed; retracts when not in use

Delta 32-350 Horizontal Boring Machine. Adjustable hold-down clamp and boring head are pneumatically controlled by a foot pedal to keep operator’s hands free. See-thru guard protects from flying wood chips. Heavy cast-iron table features dovetailed miter gauge slots for keeping miter gauge secure when locked in place; also with standard-equipped stock stop for operation that require repetitive drilling. Loosening the nut just below the boring head allows the operator to quickly adjust the depth stop for final drilling depth; guide rails are concealed inside flexible rubber tubing for protection against dust and chips. Tough cast-iron table is mounted on dovetail ways with an adjustable gib; the four bolts located on the right-hand side may be adjusted to compensate for wear. Aluminum boring head contains two adjustable spindles. Easy-to-read scale and reference lines for accurate setting. Convenient grease fitting accepts standard grease gun for lubricating boring head. Built-in chip chute directs dust and debris away from machine. Cast-iron carriage supports motor and boring head. Adjustable feed rate knob controls boring speed at which the drill bits enter the work piece. Fabricated steel cabinet has bolt-down feet for operating stability
