Extra-large spindle bearings “6 PLUS 6″ and “VS6″ spindle and spindle pulley are supported by four over-sized, pre-loaded, lubricated-for-life ball bearings. Massive quill is a full 2″ diameter. “VS6″ has the same excellent construction, plus an extra bearing below the spindle pulley. Wide, test-proven speed range gives you a true 10-to-1 speed ratio. Quick belt tension release is provided by the pivoting motor mounting plate which has a reverse, self-locking taper on the spring-loaded, rubber-tipped plunger that quickly restores correct belt tension.
